	All merchandise offered on this site is legal to sell at this location. All parts are sold for replacement purposes only. We sell NO parts or spare parts sets to convert guns to full automatic. You should check with your local and state governments to make sure there are no restrictions on owning any of the items offered here. All NFA rules and Federal, State and Local laws apply.

	All firearms are offered for sale ONLY to holders of Federal Firearms Licenses. All ammunition is offered for sale only to persons 21 years of age and over who are legally entitled to own such ammunition. A copy of your drivers license with the address showing where the ammunition will be shipped is required, along with the following statement: "I am of legal age and not prohibited from purchasing ammunition by any law, either local, state or federal." Without the statement or the license we can not ship the order. An FFL or C&R FFL will substitute for the drivers license and statement. There is NO domestic restrictions on the sale of parts or spare parts sets at this time. However you should check your State and local laws before ordering. No non-guns to NYC or California. No Belts to CA or MA. without a high-cap magazine license or FFL. No hi-cap mags to: CA, MD, HI, MA, NJ. without high cap. magaxine license. Washington State: Due to state law, you may not purchase any machine gun parts unless they are to be used for manufacture or repair of registered full automatic firearm or for repair of a legal semi-automatic firearm. Spare parts sets that contain these magazines can be sent WITHOUT the magazines or with welded up demilled magazines. Demilling mags is extra.

	Checks are fine but must be held for 14 days before item will be shipped. Money orders and certified checks are held for authentication, then ship as soon as we can get them packed, generally within 48 hours, if we are swamped with orders it may take a little longer. Please be patient we will get your order out as soon as possible!

	RETURNS: All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. You may call during normal business hours for a number. All returns must be prepaid. We will pay shipping charges and offer a refund or a credit if we are: A.) Negligent in shipping the wrong item. B.) Have not described an item or condition correctly. If the reason for return is not our fault, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways and can be assessed a 15% restocking charge. We have a return rate of less than one half of one percent as such we describe our products accurately and truthfully. Absolutely NO RETURNS on manuals, books, DVD's or tapes. We will replace a defective one with the SAME product. AFTER 10 DAYS ALL ORDERS SHALL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND FULLFILLED.
